OUR VISION

The peoples who live out, celebrate, share, connect with and support Celtic languages and their accompanying cultures are celebrated, promoted and honoured through the sharing of song, music, dance and storytelling.

We will promote participants who offer Celtic/Gaelic wares, heritage, arts/crafts, food, genealogy services, demonstrations, etc.

DATES:

SEPT. 15TH FRI EVENING        6:00 PM-9:30 PM

SEPT 16TH SAT ALL DAY           10:30 AM-9:00 PM

 

SET UP TIME:

FRIDAY                         2:30 PM-5:00 PM

SATURDAY                 8:30 AM-10:15 AM

 

COST:

CELTIC CULTURAL SOCIETIES AND NON PROFIT/CHARITY ORGANIZATION:    $25.00

BUSINESS                                             $200.00

SPONSOR                                                  No charge

 

We require that you be present at your booth throughout the festival hours. This will ensure that our guests are provided the opportunity to learn about the products our vendors offer from you.

We encourage everyone to participate Friday evening as per survey feedback. Your table/goods will be under building lock overnight. All materials must be removed from the premises at the end of the festival Saturday. The Celtic Cultural Society assumes no responsibility for items lost/left behind.

 

Booth size:   Tables are 6′ (feet) in length.

 

As a Halifax Celtic Festival participant, you agree to:

  • Send press information & photos for us to use to promote you as a participant.
  • Promote participation in the Halifax Celtic Festival on your social media sites.
  • Be promoted on the Halifax Celtic Festival social media sites
